Dear CEL!
I have already written expressing interest in applying as your intern.
I also have an interest in partnering up, but perhaps the best is to start slow, and intern!
Meanwhile, I have a space in downtown Fremont, three doors West of the Rocket, where, if it worked out, I think there is an outstanding opportunity to sell starts and market CEL from a base camp that is rather popular, especially, of course, each Sunday Market Day – which happens every darn week!
I have begun incipient gorilla gardening there – while using the space as my studio/office . . . while I seek out my true calling.
There is an amazing South Facing slot, between two rentals – of which I lease one, and am on the verge of leasing the other. You will see my green ‘70 VW bug parked at 469 N. 35th Street, right around the corner from the PCC, and sandwiched between Lenin and the Canal.
If it should be the least desirable to you, there is opportunity for a Retail Presence, and office space, . . . both under roof, and out in the buff, with a small concrete slab (rocket launch pad), and plenty of arable land . . . right in the heart of a major pedestrian/bicycle zone.
(Please see my note to you written earlier, re: Intern application.)
Sincerely, and thanks!

I am very much interested in the internship. I would love more information. Thank you!
